I first arrived in the UK in 1998, beginning a personal and professional journey centered on curiosity about people and culture. My early career at a local health and fitness centre and later as Library Development Manager crystallised my passion for realising the innate potential of people and communities. Following this, I embarked on a period of intentional transition to shape the second half of my professional life; a journey that included trekking the 925km Camino Francés and a year long adventure travelling the inland waterways of England and Wales. These experiences deepened my love of nature and resilience, qualities I now bring to my work and training.
Breathing became an inspiration and a title for a creative poetry book #breathing I published in 2020, and as I delved deeper into what’s most important to me I discovered Oxygen Advantage and was immediately inspired by its simple philosophy, easy to understand exercises all underpinned by proper science. I feel calmer, more focused and much more alive. I am a tenacious 'builder-upper' of people and teams, with a unique ability to see connections and possibilities, a skill I am currently refining through my Foundation Degree in Counselling and my practice as an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Breathwork Coach.
I've spent nearly two decades leading projects that create positive change, whether in the creative industry or within local communities. My journey has shown me that the most powerful transformations start from within. I combine my project leadership skills with my passion for breathwork to help people and organisations achieve their goals—one breath at a time.
